We have closed the doors on this accommodation experience. Thanks to everyone who signed up and we're looking forward to meeting you in the Treetop Lounge with the unbeatable view of the Salish Sea! Don't worry, the rest of you may get invited to check it out too.

You can still stay on the UBC campus for the Mensa AG. There are 4 other accommodation locations on campus running from a hostel to a very nice hotel. They're all within 20 minutes walk to Orchard Commons where the AG events are happening.

Orchard Commons

One of UBC’s newest dormitories, Orchard Commons features modern architecture and design, LEED Gold certification, interconnected floor lounges with snack kitchens, and beautiful mountain and ocean views. Please note that while the building has excellent ventilation, it does not feature air conditioning.

The standard rooms available for the Mensa Canada AG are 2 single bed connected rooms for a two-night stay on August 14 and 15. Guests may book one side with a preferred or randomly assigned roommate, or book both sides for added privacy. Each room accommodates one guest only.
