It will be so much fun to see the chart below filled in. For now, this is what we know so far.

Registration opens on 3pm Friday August 14. There will be an Ice Breaker event on Friday evening on the main floor. Followed by 1980's movies in our giant Hospitality Room.

The Games Room will be open throughout the event. There will be boxes of games to choose from and you are welcome to bring your own. The Games Room is a place where you can get together with old friends, meet new ones, or just chill with a jigsaw.

On Saturday there will be two streams of speakers in Orchard Commons. More news on that to follow.

There will also be kid events and excursions that older kids (aka You) are welcome to join. If you have any thoughts or desires of things to do here, contact us and we'll see if we can make it happen.

Saturday night we'll have a feast for everyone, our awards ceremony plus a keynote speaker. Then a stargazing event.

Sunday, after breakfast, we will have the AGM. There will be other events happening concurrently, especially for kids.

Then: all done, all out, by 3pm. Orchard Commons is shutting the door behind us as they start making the place ready for students.

This would be a great time to head to Vancouver Island to see Victoria and/or Butchard Gardens. Or visit Nanaimo on the fast Hullo Ferry to see the whales and sand castles.
